Booking
How do I book a treatment or pamper party?
Booking is simple. Complete the enquiry form on our website, message us on WhatsApp or call 07901 672 022. Once we receive your enquiry, we will call you to discuss the details, answer any questions and get you booked in.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A £30 deposit is required to secure your booking.
When is full payment due?
Full payment is required 14 days before your booking.
What if I book within 14 days of my booking date?
If your booking is made within 14 days of the date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Do travel charges apply?
Travel charges may apply depending on your location. If this applies, it will always be confirmed in advance.
Can I call instead of filling in the form?
Yes, of course. If you would prefer to speak to someone directly, call 07901 672 022 and we will talk you through everything.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers are arranged over the phone, so call Sherry on 07901 672 022 and she'll help you choose the perfect gift.
Pamper parties
What is a pamper party?
A pamper party is a relaxing group experience where professional beauty and massage therapists come to your home or chosen venue to deliver treatments for you and your guests.
Do you offer pamper parties in Nottingham?
Yes. Bluu Pamper Company offers pamper parties across Nottingham and the East Midlands, including Derbyshire and Leicestershire.
What occasions are your pamper parties suitable for?
Hen parties, birthday celebrations, baby showers, girls' nights in, couples pamper sessions, mother and daughter days, mums-to-be and special occasions of all kinds.
How long do pamper parties last?
All pamper parties are a minimum of 2 hours.
Is there a maximum group size?
No. We can cater for smaller celebrations as well as larger bookings of 50+ guests.
Can guests choose different treatments and treatment times?
Yes. Guests can choose different treatments and different treatment lengths within the same pamper party, and we create a clear schedule in advance so everything runs smoothly on the day.
What treatment times are available for pamper parties?
20 minute Mini Express, 30 minute Express Pamper, 40 minute xxxx Package, 60 minute xxxx Package and 90 minute xxxx Package.
What treatments can be included in a pamper party?
A wide range of massage and relaxation treatments, facials, manicures and pedicures. See the full treatment menu on our Pamper Parties page.
Where do pamper party treatments take place?
In a suitable room or area within your home or venue. We typically need space for a 6ft beauty couch, a small table for products and two chairs for manicures and pedicures.
What happens on the day of the pamper party?
Your therapist will arrive around 30 minutes before the party starts to set up equipment, prepare the treatment area and create a calm atmosphere with relaxing spa music.
Where can I host a pamper party?
Private homes, hotels, holiday cottages, Airbnb properties, rented venues and other suitable accommodation.

Spa to You is our beauty and wellbeing service that comes to you, bringing professional treatments directly to your home in Nottingham.
What treatments do you offer at home?

Treatments at home let you enjoy a professional service in the comfort of your own space, without needing to travel to a salon or rush afterwards.
Are your therapists qualified and insured?
Yes. All treatments are carried out by fully qualified and insured professionals.
Massage
What massage treatments do you offer?
Aromatherapy, Swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, pregnancy, Indian head, scalp, foot and leg, and hand and arm massage, plus reflexology and body scrubs, from 30 to 90 minutes. See our Massage page.
Can I book a massage at home?
Yes. Our massage treatments are designed to be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.
Can men book a massage?
Men can book 30 minute back and head massages at Sherry's private treatment space, or any massage as part of a couples booking. (CHECK Q28)
Facials & chemical peels
What facial treatments do you offer?
Dermalogica Specialised, Vitamin C and Express facials, Express and Deluxe Dermaplaning, and Dermalogica Pro Power Peel. See our Facials & Chemical Peels page and our Dermaplaning page.
Do you offer chemical peels or advanced skin treatments?
Yes. We offer microneedling and Dermalogica Pro Power Peel, with courses available following a consultation.
Are facials good before special occasions?
Yes. Facials are a great choice before holidays, weddings, celebrations and events.
Waxing
Do you offer waxing at home in Nottingham?
Yes. We provide professional waxing for women in the comfort of your home in Nottingham.
Do you offer men's waxing, including intimate waxing?
Yes. We offer a full range of men's waxing, including intimate waxing, carried out at Sherry's private treatment space.
How long do waxing results last?
Waxing removes hair from the root, so results usually last 3 to 6 weeks.
Nails
Do you offer gel nails and BIAB?
Yes. We offer gel polish and BIAB (builder in a bottle) for hands and feet, using OPI and The Gel Bottle.
How long do gel nails and BIAB last?
Gel polish is designed to last up to 2 weeks. For BIAB, we recommend infills every 2 to 3 weeks, depending on how quickly your nails grow.
Do you offer gel removal?
Yes. Gel and BIAB removal is available.
Brows & lashes
What brow and lash treatments do you offer?
Brow tinting, brow lamination (with or without tint), lash tinting and LVL lash lifts (with or without tint).
Which treatment should I choose?
For everyday maintenance, brow shaping and tinting are popular. For a more defined look, brow lamination and LVL lash lifts are ideal.
Hopi ear candling
How long does Hopi ear candling take?
Treating both ears takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
Why do people choose Hopi ear candling?

Men's treatments
Where do men's treatments take place?
All male treatments are carried out at Sherry's private home treatment space in Nottingham, unless booked as part of a couples treatment. The address is confirmed when you book.
What men's treatments do you offer?
Waxing (including intimate waxing), facials, microneedling, holistic back and head treatments, nail care, brow and lash treatments and Hopi ear candling.
Pricing
Are your prices shown on the website?
Yes. Prices for our Spa to You treatments are shown on each treatment page.
Are pamper party prices fixed?
Pamper party pricing depends on treatment duration, group size and the structure of your booking, so packages can be tailored to your requirements.
Will I be told about any extra charges in advance?
Yes. Any travel charges or booking details will always be discussed with you before confirming the booking.
